Hey,

I saw you have some pictures from Howletts in Kent. I was wondering if you could tell me whether the enclosures (mainly for the cats) had glass, or if they where all bars?

They are mostly bars, with sections of glass in between. Its a lovely zoo and worth visiting. I would recommend Colchester zoo in Essex as it has large sections of glass and its really easy to get great photos. Let me know how you get on.

Thanks very much for the information and suggestion about Colchester, a lot of people seem to suggest Colchester as being a good zoo, maybe I'll have to visit and see:)

hey if you come back to canada Kamloops wild life park as a nice birds of prey exhibit ...some of the animlas are a little over wirght like the coyote i have a pic of him hes quite fat and old

Cool, sounds good. I have plans to go to as many animal parks as possible. I'm working through all the ones in the UK at the moment, but I will definitely be back to Canada and hopefully I'll make it to Kamloops, thanks for the tip. :)
